This Lemon Delight with Vodka is a cocktail made of creamy lemonade, fresh mint and vodka. We personally love to make it. It's very simple yet delicious and refreshing.

Ingredients
- 2 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 3 Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup dairy-free vanilla yoghurt
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1 big handful of fresh mint
- Crushed ice, optional
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine the oat milk, lemon juice, bananas, dates, vanilla yoghurt, vodka and fresh mint and blend until smooth.
- Pour the blend into glasses/jars.
Notes
