  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free vanilla yoghurt
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • 3 Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

Instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
