Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup oat milk
  • 2 sliced ripe frozen bananas
  • 65 g baby spinach
  • 230 g drained canned large white beans
  • 3/4 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3 Medjool dates

Instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender, combine the oat milk, frozen bananas, baby spinach, blackberries, raspberries and dates.

  • Drain and rinse the beans and add them to the blender. Blend until smooth.
