Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans chickpeas, 400 g (240 g drained)
  • 6 tbsp tahini
  • 1 medium-sized lemon's freshly squeezed juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 large roasted red peppers, from a jar or homemade

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, ground cumin, oat milk, cayenne pepper, and roasted red peppers and process until smooth.
  • Scoop into a medium-sized bowl. Enjoy them with salad, baked or raw veggies or however you desire. Enjoy!
