This Kiwi and Mint Vegan Milkshake turned out seriously delicious. We love kiwis and had never made a milkshake with them, so we decided to give it a try and combine it with fresh mint, plant milk, bananas, dates and cashew butter. It’s amazing!

- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 cup oat milk
- 5 kiwis, , peeled and quartered
- 2 large bananas
- 4 Medjool dates
- 3/4 tsp fresh mint
- 2 tbsp our homemade cashew butter
