Overnight Oat + Chia Pudding for Breakfast

- Using two jars, pour 1 cup of oat milk into each jar. Stir in 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 2 tbsp of chia and 2 tbsp of syrup inside each jar and combine. Cover the jars with their lids and store in the refrigerator overnight to thicken.
- In the morning, thaw the frozen fruit in the microwave. Now, remove the jars from the fridge, stir through half of the fruit, and top with more fruit. Enjoy your healthy breakfast!
