- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a baking dish, place the diced apples and add 2 tsp of cinnamon and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Mix through.
- Using a food processor, combine the rolled oats, Graham flour, walnuts, date paste, 2 tsp of cinnamon, 2 pinches of salt, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, the vanilla extract and the water, and process until well combined.
- Place the mixture over the diced apples and place dish on a rimmed baking sheet, and bake for 1 hour or until ready.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
