With such a pretty colour, full of nutrients, so yummy, and easy and quick to make (just under 15 minutes!), this Vegan Pink Sauce combines perfectly with our Vegan Seitan Steaks (Wheat Meat).

It contains just 6 ingredients: cashews, tofu, beetroot, horseradish, apple cider vinegar and Japanese soy sauce. You need to give it a try, you’ll absolutely love it!

Here we combined this delicious pink sauce with our Vegan Seitan Steaks, our Perfect Roast Potatoes with a Crunch, some spinach and grilled white asparagus. It was amazing!

- 1/2 cup cashews, boiled for 10 min
- 200 g extra-firm silken tofu
- 1/2 raw small beetroot
- 2 tsp horseradish, shredded
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce

- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup water
