Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 medium-sized watermelon, chilled
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • Crushed ice

Instructions
 

  • Refrigerate the watermelon overnight.
    Watermelon Blend
  • Dice up the watermelon, and in a high-speed blender, combine with the flax seeds and optionally crushed ice. Blend until smooth. Serve into glasses and be sure to enjoy!

Notes

If sitting for a few hours, the watermelon will separate and sink to the bottom.  Just give it a quick stir and you’re all set!
