Halloween is our all-time favourite holiday, even though where we live it’s not very celebrated, which is really too bad. But that doesn’t stop us from celebrating every single year! This year we decided to go big and prepare a very spooky table of scary treats. Here you have the recipe for our Halloween Vegan Monster Eyeballs. They are so easy and quick to make, and so so freaky and scary  

Just look how frightening they look!   Simply purchase a can of Longan in syrup and blueberries and you’re all set!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 can longan in syrup, 565 g – 230 g drained
  • frozen blueberries, one for each longan

Instructions
 

  • Fill each longan with a blueberry.
  • In a jar or any other glass container, combine the blueberry filled longan fruits and pour the syrup from the can carefully.
