Ingredients
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp vegan lactic acid powder
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until the sunflower seeds are finely ground.
- Now it’s ready to be sprinkled on top of your favourite dishes. Transfer to a sealed container. Enjoy along with our Pumpkin Gnocchi with Walnut Pesto (recipe linked above)
