The Best Vegan Chili Cheese Fries

- 8-10 medium-sized potatoes
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt flakes, to taste
- 1/4 batch The Best Ever Vegan Chili con Carne,
Vegan Cheese Sauce
- 1/2 batch The Best Vegan Cheese Sauce EVER,
- Make sure you have the chili and the cheese sauce ready before starting with the fries!
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/392°F.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into wide sticks.
- Place the potato sticks in a large bowl and stir in the extra virgin olive oil. Mix well using your hands.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Spread the potato sticks in a single layer on the lined baking tray, and season with the sea salt flakes.
- Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 30-40 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Once the fries are ready, fill an 8×12 inch baking pan with them, and top with chili, and cheese sauce over the chili. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 15-25 minutes.
- Once it's done baking, top with a few dollops of our delicious Vegan Sour Cream.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
- Store any leftovers in a sealed container, in the refrigerator, for up to 2 days.
