Ingredients
- 1 recipe The Best Vegan Cheese Sauce EVER
- 3 cups whole wheat pasta, or pasta made of legumes of your choice for gluten-free option
- SEITAN BAC’N or BAKE-ON (gluten-free tofu bacon), chopped into small pieces. Recipes from our cookbook & e-book. Read more about them here.
Toppings
- 1 pinch kala namak salt, so recommended for incredible eggy flavour
- 1 pinch black lava salt, so recommended for amazing flavour
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Drain the pasta and combine with enough The Best Vegan Cheese Sauce EVER until the pasta looks all nicely coated and very gooey and creamy. Stir in 1/2 cup of the vegan bacon. Stir well to coat.
- Serve into bowls and season with kala namak salt and black lava salt (don't skip these, you will love the result!). Garnish with more vegan bacon and enjoy this insanely delicious dish!
