Healthy Low-Cal Vegan Mild Blue Cheese Dressing

Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 3 tbsp white miso paste
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tsp dried dill
- Fresh dill, to top
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until very smooth.
- Pour into a sauce jug/bowl and refrigerate for a few hours before consuming.
- Serve with your favourite dishes! We love it on salads and as a dip for baked potatoes and KFC Style Vegan Popcorn Chicken. Enjoy!
