  • In a medium-sized pot, combine the quartered lime, smacked fresh mint, and ripe cubed peaches. Using a mortar and pestle, crush it all until all the lime juice has been extracted and the peaches look half crushed.

  • Stir in the white rum and Cointreau and give it a stir.

  • Add in the seven up free and combine well.
  • Fill serving glasses with crushed ice and, with a ladle, pour the drink over the ice.
  • Gently stir the drinks, garnish with sliced peaches and a few mint leaves each.
