Salsa rosa is an extremely popular sauce in Spain, commonly used as a salad dressing or a sauce for seafood cocktails.
Our vegan version is so good and so ridiculously easy, it’s made in no time! You only need two ingredients: our Vegan Mayonnaise and ketchup! Feel free to substitute our mayo recipe with any good store-bought vegan mayonnaise.

- Make sure you have our Vegan Mayonnaise recipe ready. It takes 5 minutes to make!
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan mayonnaise and ketchup.
- Whisk to combine.
- Serve with your favourite dishes. We love it as a salad dressing and accompanying our Quick & Easy Delicious GF Vegan Crab Cakes and the rest of our Vegan Fish Recipes.
- Store in the refrigerator, in a sealed container, for up to a week.
