  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain but reserve a few tablespoons of the pasta water to use later.
  • Add drained pasta back to the pot you cooked it in and stir in as much pesto sauce as you'd like and the few tablespoons of pasta water you reserved before. Toss to coat and simmer for a couple of minutes on medium-low heat.
  • Serve into bowls and season with the kala namak salt, black lava salt, and frehsly ground black pepper. Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. Enjoy, it's delicious!
