Ingredients

  • 500 ml oat milk homemade or store-bought
  • 120 g frozen kale frozen by us
  • 80 g lemon pieces zest included
  • 240 g frozen bananas
  • 60 g frozen green peas
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender, combine oat milk, flax seeds, frozen lemon, raw kale, frozen bananas and green peas, and blend again until smooth.
